Boca Raton seventh-grader dies suddenly

With no mention of a defibrillator, one has to wonder if this could have been prevented!  So sad!  Please have your children screened for Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM).

    >While this may be true, screening to determine the presence of HCM is one step that can be taken to try to avoid such heartbreak.
